About the Project

Operation SAMMAN is an action-driven social defense initiative aimed at combating neglect, abuse, and discrimination against women, children, the elderly, and persons with disabilities.

The project actively intervenes in cases of domestic distress, crime victimization, and elder abandonment by offering counseling, connecting victims to government shelter and medical services, and facilitating legal representation. Through community engagement camps and rights-awareness drives, Operation SAMMAN empowers vulnerable citizens to claim their legal protections and live with dignity and safety.
